  1. Viewing Records
  2. Γê½Clicking to View
  3. ΓÇó    Clicking once on any name in the index selects that name; clicking again shows the complete record. Simply double clicking on a name will also view it.  
  4. ΓÇó    In the View window, either click on the buttons or press the Command and Up or Down keys to step sequentially through all records. Clicking the Index button or pressing Return or Enter returns you to the Index window where the last record viewed is still selected. 
  5. Γê½Index Window
  6. ΓÇó    You can select names on the index pages by using the cursor keys. The cursor Up and Down keys step through the list, turning the page when it reaches the beginning or end of a page. The Left and  Right cursor keys jump from column to column. Command and Left or Right keys flip pages. Command and Up or Down keys move to the top or bottom of a column. You may hold down the keys for continuous operation.
  7. ΓÇó    Option and Left key take you to the first record, Option and Right key to the last record.
  8. ΓÇó    The Prev and Next buttons flip the pages in the Index. Holding the Option key as you click the Prev button takes you to the first record; holding the Option key and clicking the Next button takes you to the last record.
  9. ΓÇó    The Return or Enter keys open the selected record in the View Record window, where you can use the buttons or Up/Down cursor keys to move through the records.
  10. Γê½Editing Records
  11. ΓÇó    Command-E opens the Edit window from either the Index or the View record windows. 
  12. ΓÇó    Double clicking in any field in the View Record window opens the Edit window.
